Orders placement
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 2 business days.
Is it possible to change the order?
Adding to the order is not possible. If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.
To change size, color, etc. for the ordered item, please contact us within 24 hours. After that we will not be able to change the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered. If for any reason you don't get all of your items within time, contact us for help. If we can't solve the problem you get a full refund.
Where can I track my orders?
We will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, then please contact us.

Payments
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
- We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.
Shipping
Shipping destinations:
- Currently, we ship only to the USA and Canada. We're working on shipping to more countries. Please let us know at info@homeheartkitchen.com where you'd like us to ship and we'll look into the possibilities.
Shipping times:
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.
- Your products will be shipped within 48 hours of your order, and then - in most cases - standard shipping might take up to 30 days. However, each product at Home Heart Kitchen has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
Shipping cost:
- To make up for your time waiting for your order we offer free standard shipping on all orders in the US.
- Orders in Canada will be charged $20 for shipping in all cases. The shipping price will be displayed at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. So we keep our return and refund policy as simple as possible.
Instead of returning items, you can contact us at info@homeheartkitchen.com for a replacement or a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic or video, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
When the refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
